Arctic Armour + Elemental Proliferation

Hey, this combo doesn't work right now, but I believe it should. I don't see any reason why this combo shouldn't work in order to spread chill from the "on hit" part of the skill(nothing from ele prolifs text suggests that it wouldn't work, its not an "on hit" effect or anything). Yet, you can't support AA with it for some reason. Fix pls :s

as far as i know chill cannot be profiled, only ingnite / shock / freeze

Chill from regular old Hits does Proliferate. :)
It would be a pretty interesting link option, were the Chill when Hit to Proliferate. Clever thinking, too bad it doesn't work :/ |
