[2.0 Tempest League] Ashe's Shattering Crit EK

Hey all, this is a work in progress and I will update as need be. I've been wanting to do something different than the current meta's of incinerate, cyclone, and flame totem so I decided to go with an EK build. This build will focus around a balance of both Survivability and damage. The end goal of this build is to be running 5-6 Auras while dealing massive damage from critical strikes. By running the Hatred Aura, due to the critical strikes, we are able to crit freeze enemies and shatter them. This in turn causes more damage to the mobs around them from Herald of ice.
