[2.0] Ranger coc cyclone

I just got lvl 80 in tempest. this build probably better from scion but its easier to level up from ranger.
If u do it from scion u will be able to use blood rage too.

cruel-->Kraityn help
merciless-->Alira help

So basically the main concept is cyclone --> cast on crit --> faster attacks--> shock nova--> glacial cascade -->firestorm (or ice nova)

Gear


So this is a maximum 1 ex gear and i think its really effective. 6 link definitely needed.

The plan is to get daresso's defiance or lightning coil (its kinda hard to get nowdays)
for jewels i picked mana on hit+as+crit

Its totally gimmicky because the evasion+melee out of the meta fact so it isnt able to clear hard maps.(without die :P) but i have a lot of fun with it for sure.

This looks great, I think I'll try it on my ranger!
What should I use to level up?
Also, when do you switch to the CoC setup?
And lastly,what's the gem priority for the 6l? I won't have one for a while if ever :p
Oh and, can I replace firestorm or ice cascade?
