CWDT + Enduring cry not working

So my enduring cry is not casting with my CWDT setup. It appears castable on my skill list but it is linked to the CWDT and its in the level range.

Sure, just manually cast EC, or have warlord's mark on some auto curse setup. 2H melees also have the option of using endurance charge on stun with some counter skill.

HM manually casting EC seems like a huge pain in the ass. i've heard of auto cursed but never tried it. Does it cast in the location of my cursor at the time the CWDT is proced ?

No, it will use the location where the actual hit that triggered CwDT came from.

There are other ways to set up auto curses, though, mostly using Curse on Hit, it's popular because you can bypass curse level limitation with CwDT. The trick is to use a low level CwDT with a low level spell (something with a lot of AoE, like Ice Nova or Ball Lightning) and a high level CoH and curse, that way each active gem is supported by only one trigger so it still works even though you technically have two trigger gems in your item.
Some also use counter gems, usually vengeance, and blockers can use Tempest Shield.

That said, manual casting isn't that much of a chore once you get used to it.
