Is there a reliable way to get power charges?
So far Pcoc on Frenzy seems rather slow and Curse on Hit with Herald of Thunder is often a gamble to get charges at all.
On the other hand I don't want to get too attached to Voll's Protector.

I think he leveled as a bow shadow and switched to ele wander in late A3 normal and to CoC on A1 cruel if I'm not mistaken.
