We will need a few things to boost our freeze chance to make this work:
Rashkaldor Amulet (We don't crit so we don't need power charges) Doryani Cold Belt Dual Tasalidor Sign rings or if you're rich 2 tamings Everything else can be rare evasion based gear but I highly recommend alphas howl since we didn't pick up any reduced mana reserve nodes...might have to drop HoA even with AH.
