CWDT and Decoy totem

I give you my current CWDT setup:
Can anyone explain why the CWDT works with Molten Shell here, but not with Decoy totem? Right now i can only cast decoy totem as normal. From what I gather it SHOULD work with totems and the skill levels are correct, so.. I tried asking in-game but everyone told me it should work. |
