What support gems go best with Lightning Arrow?

A bit new to this game but I'm curious what support gems go best with Lightning Arrow. I'm playing Tempest if that matters at all.

Lesser Multiple Projectiles
Chain Weapon Elemental Damage Faster Attacks I would use those. Since you're playing HC, I suggest you to look out for Ice Shot: it gives you a lot of control over the field. |

You think Weapon Elemental Damage is better than Physical Projectile Attack Damage?

9 out 10 times WED is better than PPAD.
Since you're playing in Tempest I think using life leech is mandatory. To crit or not to crit ?
