Definitely not completely optimized. I threw the build together with gear I had in Standard today, so I'm sure there's much room for improvement. I wanted to see if the base idea worked. It does. And it's fun! Check it out :)

Keep in mind the Shock Nova gem I used was only level 8 in the video!
