Elreon's "Can have multiple Crafted Mods" not working. Help plz

So I just bought an amulet from Elreon and added the "Can have multiple Crafted Mods" on it.
Now when I place it on the bench it says "Item has no space for Mods". What is going on? Did I just wasted my 2 exalted for nothing? This is the item, I didn't do anything else to it except from adding the mod. This is what I get when I place it on the Blessing Font bench.

Yeah as a magic item there can be only 2 mods, so you properly need to regal it before you can place more on it.

You cant go above the modifier cap with the Elreon meta-mod... And magic items cant have more than 2 mods (1 prefix, 1 suffix).

crafting (like other things in poe) are not very intuitive and need quite some investigation. That said there are many crafting tutorials out there. But i guess every1 has to fall for it at least once to get bothered to search and watch/read. |
