[2.0] Lightning Arrow - crit and no crit builds - [Theorycrafting] - Help

I was doing some theorycrafting and came up with what I think it's a pretty solid Lightning Arrow build, even for Hardcore, please give it a look and comment any changes or suggestions you think of, thanks.
