My stats were
8k Tooltip Dps with 5 Power Charges and 3 Frenzy Charges Arround 370% Crit Multi 10k Evasion 4,8k Hp 3 Endurance Charges Got blown up by Tier 4 Beyond Boss today (Vall DD) | |

(want to use this ltr) lvl 74 atm (got 2 chars so not fulltime on it atm) 4000hp, i helped krait/alira for attack speed/extra power charge (might take oak phys% instead of krait attack speed later) had some luck buying/finding my stuff (main char is mfer) 1nd ring costed me 1 fusing gloves self found bino's costed me 1ex 25c shield costed 3c helm perfect for offcolor (i switch enfeeble/crit curse depending on map) now need more lvl's, my ST tooltip is 5100 with 5power charges and 3 frenzy. Hello friend, I want to start a spectral throw char on tempest, and your build seems quite good, but I have a few questions. What's the fastest way to level up, and how exactly should I put the passive points for the first 30-40 levels? At what level can I start using ST?
