[2.0] Deko's Disfavoured Cyclone Setup

Alright, I am tweaking my marauder as I seem fit to do with Atziri's Disfavour Vaal Axe.
Gear and skill tree, level 92 at the moment. Feel free to comment on gem setup or
passive nodes. I'm at 6,7k life and 60k tooltip dps with Hatred and Herald of Ash up, 7 end. charges.
I have chosen to focus on max damage in my axe links, I generate charges and fortify from my chest setup. This results in a playing style where I have to leap slam every 5-6 seconds to maintain fortify and charges, it means I always have endurance charges for my lvl 20 CWDT-IC-Warlords Mark setup. If I am able to maintain charges from stunning in 80+ maps is not clear yet, but it works well in 78 maps. The goal is to feel that super tanky and at the same time do heavy damage. Still though, bosses like Palace Dominus can be a problem.
