corrupted lvl 20 gems are now lvl 19

all my corrupted lvl 20 gems have turned into lvl 19 corrupted gems since the awakening was launched...and of course I would love to see them be lvl 20 corrupted gems again...I would like to know if this bug is known or if this just happened to me...
only the corrupted lvl 21 multistrike seems to be untouched. edit: to clarify: i corrupted them prior to the launch of "the awakening" and they did not decrease in level but now that I checked them they are all lvl 19 and the exp bar is close to reaching lvl 20 on all of them, which is odd. “Human decency is not derived from religion. They altered experience requirements. Level 20 gems were leveled down to 19 but the 21s stayed ok. Kinda sucks for those of use who had level 20 corrupts because before they were alright now worthless. Really bad for those of use who had 20 qual level 20 corrupts

Corrupted gems can still be levelled. They have the correct level for the amount of XP they've gained under the new balance, they need more XP to be level 20.

you cannot GCP corrupted gems, they still gain XP

If corrupted gems couldn't level up, everybody would be stuck with level 1 vaal gems.
