Here's an improved version of your tree. You take some inefficient routes, and elemental damage is still better than straight up going for strength because of Iron Will in many cases. You take 20 points of strength (4% spell damage) over 16% elemental damage. I am a Mirror, I do not exist.

I RIP'd on this build due to my own stupidy (Always Crit tempest on the Museum boss.) The Build is great though and will finish this build soon(tm).
