Kaom's Stronghold Full Clear Impossible?

I think there may be a bug with Kaom's Stronghold. Twice now i've full cleared it, checked it from A to Z a second time, and still it says "1 monster remains".
Perhaps the totem group? There's only ever 1 or 2, something iffy may be going on. Latest empty map with "1 remains": http://i.imgur.com/xLsxjxN.jpg SSF Keepers: 97
