Divination Cards and Item Rarity

Does item rarity affect the drop rate of Divination Cards, or do they have their own category and have a fixed drop rate?

I might be wrong, but based on the fact that the cards are white (no rarity), your IIR shouldn't affect the amount of cards dropped. However, IIQ should because more items dropped=more potential for a card

Bumped. Though I think that's also the case that Divs are similar to currency, that they're only affected by IIQ. Still, doesn't hurt to know otherwise.

I hope this gets some clarification from the devs.

Can't remember the exact thread, but it was confirmed they are only affected by item quantity bonuses. Also, they supposedly have a drop penalty if your level is too high above the area, overall the rules are very similar to currency.
