is arc still viable?

hi guys, i'm looking for a arc build for 2.0

was summoner witch and i want to change to another build.

what are the best spellcaster build? is arc still viable even with the nef?

Nerf? Hardly noticeable when wrath skyrockets lightning damage to absurd numbers.

On my top end gear I deal the same dps as pre patch, without empower. Life leech + vaal pact makes me immune to reflect, with enough mana regen on gear it's easy to sustain the mana cost as well. All in all this patch its more like a blessing to casters with proper gear. I even prefer AA as it is :)

There's alot of room to fiddle around too. Call of Brotherhood's unique might bring something new to the table since herald of ice hardly freezes anything.

I was devastated when I saw the changes to reduced mana and AA, but the vaal pact "buff" and new location brought balance back.
