[2.0]Sevzzen's Cloak based Incinerator, Great for first char. WIP

Hi guys i'm gonna share a work in progress project on my incinerate Templar in Warbands league






So the idea behind this build was to make a decently tanky char relatively cheap (Spent about 3 ex on the char so far) for the new insane monster damage in mid and higher maps while still doing damage. I choose cloak for the flat Mana and Mana regen to work nicely with the high mana cost of incinerate and to gain more benefits to MoM.

Auras i'm running at the moment are clarity on life with Arctic Armour and Anger on Mana and will most likely stay that way for the entirety of the build
