Cast When Damage Taken not working with Decoy Totem, intentional or bugged?

Just tossed
on, cwdt linked with molten shell and decoy totem. Molten shell works just fine but decoy totem isn't?

Proof in game: http://i.imgur.com/CPVvQTq.jpg as you can see molten shell is linked properly with the ! tag on it, while decoy totem is not.

Edit: Just tested it with rejuvination totem as well as spell totem+summon skeletons, same result it isnt working either. Do totems just not work with CWDT now?

Working as intended. Summoning a Totem is no longer considered Casting a Spell.
Same problem. Enefeeble curse works, molten shell works. Decoy totem not works with Cast on damage taken.

The Totem uses a Spell.
Placing the Totem is not Casting a Spell.
