Voll's Devotion and Power Charge Duration

The unique chest Voll's Devotion is generating Power Charges with an increased duration. Initial duration displays as 11 seconds, but seems to be closer to 10.75 when compared to Frenzy duration. The increased duration is applying only to power charges generated by Crits when wearing Voll's Devotion. Power charges generated from Assassin's Mark were still set to a 10 second duration.
