Cannot open doors in caverns, after 2nd act boss kill

Tried to open door, got message: Cannot open door at this time. I was able to use a portal of my friends to get past the door closest to the caverns wp. I also could not open the door to the city of sarn after killing the Vaal Construct, as it did not open at all. I could not get past this door, as it required a "quest state" to activate.

Same here, the door is not opening.

Message : "This door cannot be opened at this time".

Tried all, Check Pack, Relog, New instance, Gateway changed....

Can't continue :|..

edit: "Deal with the bandits" quest, MUST be finished to get past that door.
