[2.0] Frenzied Knockback RT Split Arrow Duelist / Ranger.

Split arrow seems to be the weapon of choice for bow users in the expansion, since it got some buffs. So I was planning to run it in the upcoming Tempest League.

8 Frenzy charges, 62% chance to knockback, 62% chance to dodge attacks, and really fast clearspeed in maps, as well as being pretty safe since you are firing from a distance.

Level 90

It is rough leveling as a bow-user, so I would suggest leveling leap slam, cyclone, or cleave - at least until you can get Resolute Technique and a decently rolled physical bow.

Stats:

53% Increased attack speed (with bows)
133% Increased physical damage (with projectiles/bows)

62% Chance to dodge attacks (with all the correct gear)
30% Chance to dodge spells
104% Increased evasion rating (with 8 frenzy charges up)

Those are the only two items that are really required to run the build at an end-game level.

The rest of your gear should be pure evasion bases with life and resists, with increased evasion if possible.

Try and obtain a high itemlevel "Hits Cannot Be Evaded" bow from Vagan when possible to craft. It will save you a skillpoint or you can really avoid going to that part of the passive tree completely and free up a lot of points. Something like this can be used if you ever are able to craft a decent bow with Vagan's mod on it.
