Trouble picking items up

So i can't seem to pick up items just by clicking the name? With Alt+click?

there's an option in the settings that some loot filters enable. look through there and you will find it. dont remember exact name but I am at work and I'm sure someone else can elaborate

yep im still getting this after the last patch. i use a pickup key and sortof have to mouseover the item and item name first then again to pickup...annoying

It's an issue since the beginning but i thought i has been resolved but it seems to be back.
Basically, if your mouse is over an item without pressing the key pick up, and then you push the key, you still can't lot it and have to move the mouse and then come back. If you push alt or your loot key BEFORE hovering the item it works tho. It should be easy to fix but i'm afraid it will still be in the release :( Maker of ZeeL's Amplifier.

so is this a wide problem or just with soem people?

yeah. its rly annoying.... pkayers who never used this kind of looting might not notice but im using highlight key pickup since i can remember and its rly rly annoying =/ i died today trying to loot quest item :((

Hi there!
In this instance, it is possible that another 'Key Pickup' setting has been applied to your options. To revert this issue, please remove the Key Pickup feature, then close / save preferences. Then, re-enable key pickup as set to alt. Please let me know how you go! ✮ Please contact support@grindinggear.com if you need any help!

Hey Tom thanks for answering.
I disabled it, saved/closed, then opened and enabled the highlight key again. Definetely seems better, but i still feel a little hard to pickup scrolls sometimes =[ To the other people who were having this problem, please test this as well and give feedback here, maybe its just me :) |

After playing around with this bug I have found the following:
-When your mouse is hovering over the item and you press the key pickup it will not pick up the item until you move the mouse off off the item and then back on. -Only happens when the item first drops. -Does not effect white/blue items. -Does not effect people that have highlighted loot toggled off. I tried changing highlight key, and tried changing the key pickup bound key. Nothing fixes this. |
