2.0 Build Planning - Duelist - 2H Sword Static Strike

Hello, this is modeled after H4NS' Bloodrage Cycloner Duelist. I am at level 82 with this build, except I use Static Strike instead because I got bored of Cycloning, haha. I will be respeccing into this when Leagues come, so I can have something to play when I get bored in temp leagues.

Sacrifices Life and Damage in exchange for Endurance Charges and a lot more armor, leading to the mitigation cap. I recommend Merc Oak here. I think this build might be better if you're using a good rare chestpiece instead of Belly. I think it can still work with Belly, but a good rare will give you more Armor to multiply, and I hear that's more important in 2.0
