Dagger CI/Crit Witch?

After getting bored with dual totems I wanted to try something new. So I thought of a CI/Crit/Dagger Witch. Been really obsessed with Flicker Strike lately. In the event that it doesn't work out or I get bored of that too, it's easy to refund the 2 points for the extra Frenzy charge.
