Well, to start no build really uses the ele damage, so must of the time that's a dead stat due to phys scalings, which puts the bow at 320dps, and as you said the lack of a crit implicit makes it lack lusted. One of my guildmates sold a 390dps marketh bow for 9ex, that's the best priceline I can give you for a non harbinger bow, gl.

Probaby not worth much, it has "okay" phys but terrible crit chance
