Olmec's Sanctum
ran this today, thanks to Zana.
managed to beat it, but had to cheese most of it with off-screen shooting (Tornado Shot and Frenzy). the damage every single totem does, is just completely over the top. and facing all of them all at once? let's just say I quickly learned to exploit lines of sight and knowing (on the map) where Olmec is. learned, after dying twice. one of which was desync saying "you think you dodged that Firestorm and Storm Calls, huh? nope". so I just wonder: how in the world is a player supposed to beat this map "fair and square"? bonus points for an answer that has the word "melee" in it. I'll be honest. For any decent melee build Olmecs is a facetank. Either you have enough dps to speed-kill the bosses (pretty easy to get even for RT) or you can spam flasks to live long enough for the bosses to die.
The one mistake to not make is to keep kiting in fear of getting killed. I've never had a problem with this map. Faceroll 100% For try, for see, and for know. This is a buff Last edited by Etherfire#6568 on May 15, 2015, 1:28:58 PM

You need to upload some videos, I've done it on my level 89 in the race league (only 2 days played) and it was PISSSHH. Rank 37 atm in 1mhc, wouldn't do it if it wasn't safe.
