Piercing Shots and Pierce support stack?

Do piercing shots and piercing support gem stack?
If yes, do they stack additively or multiplicatively. Spelling ftw twitch.tv/ironman_isomer

" Afaik, they stack and it's additively... I think even with Projectile Weakness you can reach 100%... Again not 100% sure but I remember my LCS(D2 term), showing chance to pierce on a skill with the gem attached having over 75% chance to pierce. FYI do not use Ice Shot with it... Unless you want to get severe FPS spikes. I made the mistake of using GMP/Pierce/Iceshot and if I hit groups of mobs, it literally farts on my 670FTW's FPS. " Yes. However, it is important to note that if an attack pierces, it won't chain or fork. Which is why you can't for FP, for instance. If I have two fish, and you have three fish, how many fish do we have?

Yup, I have a Level 73 Ice Shot Ranger with 100% pierce (passive + gem) and it works great. Dare I say "OP" when it comes to trash mobs. I can clear with the best of them and that's with a crappy 160 dps bow. I can't imagine what it's going to be like when I eventually pick up a Lioneye's Glare.
