My ideas for unique items (just spitballing ;))

Hello and all joy to you who might be reading this!
These are some ideas for unique items.
All feedback is welcome (including these suck!) as long as you also post a motivation.
P.s I've put each item in spoiler tags to make this post less of a wall of text.

Item 1 [Chest Armour]

Unmovable Fortress
Unique full dragon scale
Armour: 335
Evasion: 266
Requires Level 63, 115 Str, 94 Dex

Your Block Chance is Always 30%
25-30% increased two-handed Melee damage.
Immune to Knockback
Immune to stun.
Grants Iron Reflexes.
25-20% decreased Cast speed.
10% decreased movement Speed.
-----
When you sit and eat be as the mountain.
When you stand and walk be as the mountain.
When you fight and brawl be as the mountain.
When you sleep at night be as the mountain.
the mountain does not move at all.


Item 2 [belt]

Unique Leather Belt
Requires Level 63
+(25 to 40) to maximum Life

+10-15% chaos resistance
+10-15% fire resistance
Gain 2 souls whenever you activate a flask.
Gain 5 flask charges on Vaal skill activation.
+5-10% increased elemental damage
+10% increased charge gain for flasks.

A true alchemist does not concern herself with making gold.
A true alchemist concerns herself with making souls.


Item 3 [Gloves]

Requires Level 50, 50 Str, 50 Dex

Steal Charges from monsters killed.
+20-25 to all attributes.
-3% to Maximum elemental resistances.
1% additional maximum fire resist Per Endurance charge.
1% additional maximum Cold resist Per Power charge.
1% additional maximum Lightning resist Per Frenzy charge.
Gain 12% Spell Dodge when you have at least 3 of each type of charge.
Grants Challenging Cry.

Cooldown Time 4 sec

Performs a warcry, Taunts all nearby enemies to attack the caster. Enemies Taunted each have:

Gem In this item is Supported By level 1 added Chaos.
30-25% reduced chaos resistance.
5-8% increased elemental resistance.
5% increased damage over time taken for each corrupted equipment piece or corrupted gem you have equipped.
100% of mana cost of gem equipped in this taken as chaos damage over 2 sec on cast.

Item 5 [Shield]

+800 Armour against normal monsters.
+4% Block chance against magic monsters
+8% Block chance against rare monsters
+12% block chance against Unique monsters.
Your block chance is unlucky.
Vaal gems in this item gain 8 Souls each on block.
+25 Life
+25 Mana

What is "block chance is unlucky" supposed to mean?
The ring is super OP for CI builds, which I guess is what you intended for it to be used by.

Remove MF from POE, make juiced map the new MF.
I like them all, especially the belt. They give you a reason to really use some more vaal gems and aren't op.

A problem I see is "Challenging Cry". How am I supposed to get quality on that skill? Does it inherit the quality from the gloves?

Lucky means you roll two times and take the better result, unlucky means you roll two times and take the worse result.
Since the player is unlucky when it comes to blocking means he has to roll two times successfully blocking the attack to actually block.

No sorry that part should be removed just copy pasted enduring cry and forgot to remove quality changes.

Dude. to be hoest i was take aback by your earlier reply for some reason i had totally forgoten about CI and wrote a distracting reply tu buy my self some time. what i originally wanted was to make availible i form of ring a kind of 6 socket. that was my primary goal. but also the piece of mind making item gives me :P. the more i think about it(CI) the more niched and op the ring feels for that purpose. that was not really my intention....
Best design is belt for me.

on the ring: none of the drawbacks is a problem for a CI build. This is where the problem is imho. And btw, the ring would be powerful even without the +skill level. As it is, it can give you an additional 5L (I don't count added chaos ;)) with skill up to lvl 27. That's quite crazy.

Yeah i realise more and more i went a little bit overboard with that one. maybe remove + levels or reduce at least. and also maybe give it %reduced enregy shield to make it less attractive for CI?
I'd keep only one of the three current drawbacks and add one that also affect CI. And I'd also remove the +skill lvl bonus, or maybe set it at most to +1.
