HELP! The Submerged Passage

It seems my my map has only partially loaded? I do not have a pathway to the upper submerged passage. This is only my 2nd day. I don't even know how to report a bug :(
My map will take me to the flooded depths, but there is no path to the right/top? |

You can try exploring the edges of the lower submerged passage. The exit to the upper submerged passage isn't always in the same place; it can be pretty much anywhere, really. You could also make a new instance of the lower passage by ctrl clicking the entrance when you go in, if you really can't find the exit.

This is one of a few map overlays that can be very ambiguous and confusing to navigate. Check all your edges and explore all the nooks and crannys and you should find it.

Press Tab and bring up the overlay map it can help you find passages that you may not notice at first.
~ Please separate the PoE1 and PoE2 forums.
