Explosive Arrow Shotgun

Just wondering since Explosive Arrow's damage comes from a secondary area damage from the arrow itself, will it still do "shotgun" damage since each explosive charge is creating the damage and not you?

I'm pretty sure they stated that area damage wasn't changed by that... could be wrong

All arrow skills are working as intended in the core game right now.

This change basically only affects spells.

So yes, if you stick 3 guys right next to each other with EA from LMP or extra arrows, they will take damage from all the explosions if they are close enough together.

You can also just shoot a wall and the explosions will still overlap.
