Portal scroll vendor recipe?

Can I buy portal scroll with widsom scroll? I bought portal scroll with wisdom sroll at first normal act. it was low level. Now I can't buy portal scroll at merchant. is it impossible to buy portal scroll with any currency?

I can't remember right now if all merchants have portal scrolls. But you could always go back to act 1 and get them there. Remember that it is the currency trader that has them (Yeena in act 2, Clarissa in act 3)

It's not a recipe.
Look at the things the vendor has for sale. There should be portal scrolls available. "We were going to monitor the situation but it was in the wrong aspect ratio."
