Is death's arp an endgame crit viable bow ?

Hi, I just want to know if you guys had any experience with death's arp ? I have no money on the 1MHC league and I would like to try to keep this bow until the end, and use it.
It is very difficult to find currency and it is only two weeks left so I don't think I am going to make it to get a nice bow. Are there other options better than death's arp on the same price range ? Thanks |

I dont think so. Plenty of my friends have tried. The DPS is just too low compared to even random rare bow drops out there.

There are plenty 200+ pdps Harbringers out in 1mhc for a couple chaos, I'd go for something like that if you need a low budget bow for endgame.

You can search for "mathils death harp crit build" on google/youtube. I think he was rushing a strand map and oneshotting everything with a harp. Its an ele build so it doesnt matter how much phys dmg your bow has.

Death's Harp is perfectly viable for ele tornado shot builds because of 100% crit multi and additional arrow mods - you can use lmp instead of gmp with it. Death's Harp can easily carry you through end game until you have enough currency to get a Windripper.
Another solid option is Storm Cloud. It will give you less dps (in most cases) than Death's Harp but can be more satisfying to play thanks to its aps. I used Storm Cloud from level 10 up until like 80-85 before I got my Windripper in 1MHC. My clear speed in ~72-74 maps was pretty good solo/2-3 man party. I was playing at level 87 on the hardcore race with Death's Harp and a 5L with 13k Tornado Shot before I died. IGN: Chundaziri

So If I want it to be ele I will need ele dmg on gear, wich is not easy to come by anyway. I am now kinda stuck with my DPS on mercyless.

No if you wanna be ele, you just need Anger, Wrath, Herald of Ice, Herald of Thunder and Alpha's Howl.
