How can i make 2 blue, 2 green, 2 red sockets on this armour?

i lost so many chromes, i heard there are some "masters" which can easy craft colors for me, without rng, i just need to pay for it.

But dunno its possible? i came back after 2 years to this game and im pretty much noob now. -_-

I want to play dual wield cyclone with gems like - cyclone(green)-faster attack(green)-weapon ele dmg(red)-mele phys dmg(red)-aoe radius/conc effect(blue) + physical damage to lightning damage (blue)

I think its not even possible to craft based on that eva/armor armour, but idk what do u guys think?

i used to play cleave but i heard cyclone will be much better, would be nice if u could tell me if its true, that cleave is bad now, cuz i had to 30k dps with it (7 auras), now i have full clean build and i dont know how to build my passive tree/

Vorici can force colors but the most he can force is 3 and that costs 285 chromes I think. But since you have a hybrid str/dex item, you can probably get there just forcing 2 blues and hoping for 2 red and 2 green. I think that costs like 100 chromes.

Vorici calculator says that's an easy result to get with your item in an average of 30 Chromes.

In case your Vorici can't force 2 blue yet. Throw me a msg ingame and I'll try it for you - providing a 6L as security if you want - (you still need to provide the chromes though).
