Rings work on minions

I just found this out. Equipping the ring below i discovored my skill got the LGOH form the ring. Quoting PoE wiki: "Neither passive skills nor stats from your other equipment affect minions unless they specifically say "Minions _____"." and "Equipment refers to weapons, armour, accessories, and flasks that a character can use."
And yet LGOH is clearly applied on my zombie. How come?
My question to the game developers is. Do ring mods apply to minions and if not how come that LGOH from the linked ring does?

No, it's just a known tooltip bug.
