Hold key to pickup annoyance

I'm sure this has been suggested before, but it's worth repeating

When setting game to only pick up items when holding a key down, it will show item names on ground but if you miss just slightly on one of the names and there happens to be an graphic item representation where you are clicking, it will pick up that.

Please change so that when holding key to pickup, it will not pick up anything other than when you click the item name itself.
