Colorful Flicker while AFK (Graphical)
Seems to be a minor graphical bug. Standing still in town (Sarn) leaving the computer for some time. When I returned most of the screen was blinking / flickering full of colors (or so it looked like), but the images taken show that it was rapidly changing between a mixture of many different UI layouts. Game was running in full screen at 1920 x 1080 and the graphical noise was removed after switching from 'Fullscreen' to 'Windowed' and also fixed if switching back again.

I´m not completely certain, whether this is related, but I experienced also graphical glitches lately. Usually shortly after an area change. This can be sometimes fixed by an arbitrary action, but did not, when I was the last time in Merveil´s arena, otherwise I wouldn´t have note you of this rarely reproducable one, although it did occur more often lately.
Edit: This can also manifest in ui elements hided on any player action with minor shader corruption. I had it once more in a persistent way. Changing areas can worsen the effect. Sometimes there is a short lag, which can sometimes fix the corruption. I´ve added three more screenshots. Hardware Specs:
