yes. It increases anything you have that can crit.

Read the mechanics thread.
Basically, crit multiplier increases the damage done when you crit. Crit chance will increase your chance to crit. "Minions of your minions are your minion's minions, not your minions." - Mark

It increases the critical hit damage GLOBALLY. For all attacks/spells. Came as a surprise?
