Banned for using third party software

It seems that last night my acc(ganevbg1) was banned for using illegal third party software.So the point is that last night i did my daily missions and i left my character in a open game (trying to sell some cheap uniques). When i tried to play this morning i saw that my acc is banned. I wrote a message to support team to ask what is going on and expain the than i have never used any kind of third party software and the result is here:

Your account has been permanently banned for using third-party software that breaches our Terms of Use. For more information, please read the post created by Chris here.

Any sanctions in relation to this matter will not be taken against any new accounts you may wish to create in the future, should they comply with our Terms of Use.

Then i tried to expain that i was AFK for the whole night doing nothing in the game , gave the the information from the log file for the whole day of 27.01.15 and the respond is :

yeah...don't try it m8, they know you had a cheat installed and were using it even if it was only a particle disabler(which comes with zoom hacks and other shit) they specifically state in their ToS that anything that fucks with the client will get you banned AND they warned those that were using it not to, not more than a few weeks ago...to bad for you.

All you do by posting here is giving other people gratification that A. their cheat detection works and B. that people are getting banned for it regardless of their excuses.

Yeah this shit is soo cool but i have never seen the warning massege ever. I don't care what people like you think. I am waiting for some prove how i cheated . Please DO NOT reply me and have a nice day .

So, they specifically state in the ToS that you agreed to that anything that messes with the client will get you banned, you agreed to that, even that warning a few weeks back was a one time slap on the wrist...they didn't even need to give that out and could have banned 4000 people straight up.

They don't need to prove anything to you, you got caught using something you shouldn't even if you claim it wasn't "cheating" it was still through a cheat tool.

GGG will not answer the thread, you got your answer in the email and that is final, they won't discuss it further and absolutely will not unban you.

I don't think they will prove anything to you, there were plenty of warnings across every board and I really don't think they just ban anyone for fun. Maybe you were sleeping and not playing at all but that doesn't matter when the 3rd party tool was still running while you were sleeping.....

Dude, there is no illegal software running on. If there is so i wanna see proof !

They're not going to give you proof. Because then you'd use it to figure out how not to get caught next time.

There is proof as you are banned and staying banned, if it was by mistake they would not enforce the ban if they were not 100% sure that you had illegal software running when using the game.

That's the end of it, you will not get an answer here and you've had all the answer you will get via email.
