vendor cant updrade Sanctified Life Flask to Divine Life Flask?

I dont know if it suppose this way, or I did something wrong? 3 flasks for higher tier isnt it?
or they just want it drop only so they can sink more currency? |

It was like this last league too, same for divines -> eternal. Not sure what the reasoning is exactly,

If im not mistaken Divines you have to trade 5 Sanctified's flasks in for a Divine and Eternal's are drop only!

No, they are level-gated drops. I'm pretty sure of this because I pick them up from piety runs.

Those flasks were all added after the vendor recipe for flasks was made. They never updated the vendor recipe, so it is either unintentional or working as intended. Nobody knows.
