Is /oos back in Game?

Is /oos still a thing or is it removed?

I was reading through old posts and saw Chris's post here:
http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/114916/page/4

Was it put back in, or do people just think it still works?
Have the desynch problems even improved any? I never thought it was that bad unless you used specific types of builds, or use specific types of strategies. Trying to use a doorway as a choke point for example, I'd sometimes rubberband back on a corner, but that doesn't happen much unless you're constantly walking directly up and around corners.

And the fact, that the desync problem existed 2 years ago, and they didn't even tried to do something to fix it almost make me cry.

They could rewrite the whole network code in 2 years, but they're even defending it so i don't really expect any change. Same goes for every other issue in this game, and they're just pumping new content, because they think this is the only way to keep/bring new players.

/oos should be back again in April. It isn't a matter of GGG removal, the /oos command is migratory and flies south for the winter.

If your ever in doubt as to which commands are inactive just use the following query in game:

/grep_it_by_the_husk.

If you think its so easy to fix then why dont you do it for them?
