Herald of Ash linked to IIQ / IIR gems

Maybe it's just my RNG lately, but I have IIQ and IIR linked to my proliferation, and I'm not noticing any increase in items dropped. Has anybody tested this out to make sure that the IIQ / IIR gems linked to Herald of Ash / proliferation are actually working?
My 6L set up: Reduced Mana / Herald of Ash / Increase Burning / Elemental Proliferation / Item quanity / Item rarity No reason why the enemies that are dying from the actual burning shouldn't get the increased IIQ / IIR right? |

they should work.
the problem is that normal mobs are the ones usually dying from burning damage, and these mobs already have such bad drops. If you have some better deeps I bet blue mobs would drop some marginally better stuff though. The Hyperbomber for 2.6: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1879383
