Aura's in weapon slot costs more?

Does anybody know the mana reserved difference when putting aura gems in a weapon instead of armor slot? I'm trying to plan out my character before buying all the gear, and I'd like to know if it's doable for me to put my Herald of Ash set up in my weapon instead of my armor. Is it like 1.5 times or something? Thanks

They reserve the same amount no matter where you put them, there is no difference.
I put auras in my weapons all the time, same reservation as putting it anywhere else. |

I think I see the problem. I had the Ash in my armor and the Leap slam in my weapon. I'd like to switch them the other way like this:
I guess the lvl 15 increased area pseudo gem the weapon is adding a bunch to the mana reserved. It's taking it from 29% if I put the set up in my armor, to 44% if I put it in my weapon. So the problem isn't where I'm putting the gems, it seems to be just the Marohi's problem... I didn't realize when items grant a pseudo gem, that is the same thing as having the actual gem as far as mana reserved goes. BOR must be crazy on the mana reserved... " Edit: I am wrong, it is the Marohi It is your support gems connected to HoA that is increasing it (Prolif and increased burning both have mana multipliers) adding to the reserve cost. You don't understand. I'm placing the gems in the EXACT same order, the exact same gems in the armor, and then the weapon, and they have DIFFERENT mana reserved.
In Armor: Reduced mana / Herald of Ash / Increase burning / proliferation / item quanitty Mana reserved - 29% In Weapon: Reduced mana / Herald of Ash / Increase burning / proliferation / item quantity Mana reserved - 44% If it's not the weapon, explain why this is happening |

" Sadly I do not have a Marohi to test, but I have put auras in things like Doriyani sceptar (which has a built in gem) and it do not recall it reserving more, but honestly it's been forever since I used an item with built in gems, so maybe things have changed or maybe I am remembering wrong, If I have given out any false info here then I apologize. Doryani's Catalyst has a built in Elemental Proliferation, which doesn't support Aura gems, and thus doesn't increase the mana reservation. If you put in one of the Heralds into that scepter, it will increase the reservation cost. :)

It's definitely the Marohi that's causing the problem for me. If I want to continue the same plan of using my Herald of Ash in my weapon, I'm going to have to switch to a rare one. I can't afford the 44% mana reserved it costs to use Marohi.
