Remove Credit Card info?

Hey everyone,

Im just looking to remove my credit card from my account. I noticed there has been quite a few hacking complaints as of late, and i just don't feel very comfortable with my credit card being attached to my account, no matter how convenient it is.

I have searched everywhere for the option to remove credit card information, but nothing has come up so far.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no credit card information in the database, GGG does not store credit card information.

All you have optionally saved is a customer ID with stripe.com.

If you go to the purchase page, such as https://www.pathofexile.com/shop/purchase/5-dollar-pack, there will be an option to save that or not.

Now that said, you are working from the rumor mill and a lot of uneducated idiots talking out their asses. There have been no hacks to the servers, the evidence speaks clearly that the only thing which has been "hacked" are idiots. We call that social engineering, not hacking. It's like calling a con man who steals pensions from little old ladies a hacker.

Go to the purchase page, choose a pack and you will be able to delete your saved CC.

Yup, its done.

Im not worried about a "hacker" stealing my credit card info lol.

What i was actually worried about was some troll buying the diamond supporter package. (if my account were to be "hacked")

You better go on paypal, amazon and ebay and erase all the saved details there. And don't even think about doing online banking.
