suppressing blood rage damage

I want to know pls the common techniques to suppress blood rage damage as a low life char (mana and life reserved for auras)

Well, chaos resist for one.
Aside from that, regeneration (alongside Zealot's Oath) in excess of your damage over time.
Aside from that, just deal with small amounts of degen and leech your way through it.

chaos resist, %life regen.

work wonders with it.


And if you find yourself in an emergency and you need to turn it off to get rid of the degen, either manually de-socket the bloodrage gem or, if the BR gem is socketed into your weapon, switch weapon sets.

but in this case Im using Vaal Pact (no life regen) and ghost reaver (leech apply to ES)

how can I still deal w/ Blood Rage ?

Im using already The Broken Crown
for chaos resist and some other gear pieces w/ chaos resist to have 30% positive resist
but it's no enough to maintain blood rage (as I dont have life regen nor life leech)

any other idea/method/trick/combo ? :D

Then you are on a build you cannot support. You need to rework it in one, or another way.
-shav (cannot buy, too expensive)
-trash lorica (no ES :(
-drop vaal pact, get life regen and chaos res instead (but I desperately need it:(

The attack speed from Blood Rage is so cool that I would love to find another way to make it work

LGoH is not leech, respectively won't apply to GR, nor VP, and is pathetic.
Though LGoH will apply directly to life pool on attacks, but it won't save you, believe me.

Any other magic trick to make it work ?
