You can lessen the pain by using http://PoE.trade -- or you just play the game and do every corrupted area you see! Few months later, you'll have them all.

Its a lvl 10 gem so any corrupted area there or above. could get one from a gemcutters or just vaal a summon skele gem and get lucky...but really tho just buy one :) poexyz

Vaal orb on a regular Summon Skeletons has a chance to create a Vaal version. I'd guess it was about 10%. Only take this option if you're rabid about not trading. You can trade for one far cheaper than you can create one yourself.
