[Advices?] [1.3] RF Firestorm Templar

Hi guys, so i've always loved Firestorm, and i wanted to try to make an RF Character for once, now that they changed the templar's starting area, i found it more interesting than starting marauder.

But i'm not decided on everything, so here's what i had in mind so far





Firestorm - Spell Echo - Increased Duration - Concentrated Effect - Fire Penetration - Enhance
