I cant find Vorici anywhere!!!

From start of this season I cant find Vorici in sarn or my HO but I can do hes missions and quests, problem is I cant take crafting bench so it is big problem for me as you can see, when I came to sarn I cant see vorici near maramoa under hes tent and that is problem through all normal, cruel and merciless? So I need any kind of help you can give me.
