The door is closed and not clickable. Also I clip through it, but nothing happens.

You need to take "Hand of the Silver Monkey" (or whatever exactly it is called) among the loot
You won't receive it in the inventory, but it will open the door (same for other boss rooms) Remember, suffering is convenient.
That is why many people prefer it. Happiness requires effort. |
